Svenesis UG (haftungsbeschränkt) i.G. develops digital products for small and medium-sized businesses. Our focus is on practical solutions that make digitalization tangible and actionable – without unnecessary complexity.
Our first product, the KMU-Digitalcheck, helps businesses assess their digital maturity and plan concrete next steps – with a score, compliance check, funding programs, and an implementation plan.

Behind Svenesis is Sven Ramuschkat – an entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience in the IT industry. From ERP software to web development to cloud technology, he has founded and built multiple companies.
Entrepreneurial Journey
The Early Days
At the age of 18, while still in school, Sven got his first freelance business license and wrote software for Bosch in Hildesheim. During his studies in Business Economics at Leibniz University Hannover (1987–1994), he co-founded Herrlich & Ramuschkat GmbH in 1990 together with Markus Herrlich – a company focused on ERP software for large-scale kitchens and catering. For over 30 years, they served customers across the DACH region with their solutions MBS5 and cloudMenu. At the end of 2022, the company was acquired by Matilda FoodTech AB.
From Web Development to the Cloud
In 1999, Sven created the business unit iRacer for web application development. In 2006, tecRacer was spun off as an independent company – focused on Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud Services. What started as an early bet on the cloud became a success story:
- 2011: Germany’s first AWS Partner
- 2012: World’s first authorized AWS Trainer outside of AWS
- 5× AWS Partner of the Year Award
- The only AWS Premier Tier Services and Advanced Tier Training Partner in the DACH region
Today
At the end of 2024, IT Capital Partners joined tecRacer as a strategic partner. In 2026, Sven handed over the Managing Director role to Rachel Linnemann and continues as Founder & Principal Technology Advisor at tecRacer. With Svenesis UG, he brings his experience from over three decades of IT entrepreneurship into his own digital products – at the intersection of technology and SMEs.
